Main Window / Overview

The main window hides to display just the drop target. When opened the icons auto animate to make selection easy
Moving you mouse over any smiley gives a description and re-animates

 

Chat room controls appear when the active window is Yahoo chat. Use the up/down arrows to quickly navigate numbered rooms. E.g. UK:1, UK:2, UK:3, etc...
Single click will navigate one room in each direction, Right click to display popup menu allowing easy selection to room numbers 5 positions above and below current room.
Middle Button: Down arrow - Navigate to room number 1, Up arrow - Navigate to any available room

 

Easily position window by dragging on any area highlighted below:

DropTarget changes colour to indicate status : Black - Normal Blue - About to change open/close state Red - F12 hotkey pressed and activated Green - When your webcam is viewed Hold your mouse over the drop target when closed to open. You can click the drop target to open instantly without the short delay.

 

New TrayIcon menu item : Select startup position of YEmote

Operation Overview

Shows example of automatic contents swapping depending on last window selected. E.g. if the last window selected was a message window, the contents of YEmote+ will show the smiley select screen.

YEmote2+ can be resized to any shape/size you like to best fit your needs (Or to view long Dings/Ascii pics) -or just click the preview window to scale down the text

 

Voice alert gives a spoken message when friends login/out or send instant messages. A log is also kept as shown.

YEmote2+ Options

A lot of user options have now been moved from the ever growing menu of previous YEmote versions. Also included is a simple away message auto responder which will send the message to new message window opened to you when you are away (people not on your friends list will not see your status (e.g. chat rooms) so this is a great way to keep them informed)

DoodleIMV

The Doodle IMVironment allows you to use a virtual whiteboard between 2 users. With YEmote2+ you can easily save the drawings you have made to a image file. YEmote2+ will also allow you to send a simple image (this was just a experiment very basic and slow but if you leave it long enough it's kinda cool watching the image appear- Just for fun as you can't send messages or do much anything else while YEmote2+ works).
